That is really great to hear. A success story similar to mine. I also have read Skinny Bastard and it had a profound impact on me. The truth was, I was so disturb for a while about the information revealed in it to me. I had no idea. So after many weeks went by, and after seeing few movies like Food Inc. and Fast Food Nation, I decided to make changes that the book described and lost 104 lbs in weight in less than 7 months. You can just imagine how happy I was Dali.

Your story makes me feel so great and uplifted about myself and my journey so far and I'm hoping to lose another 25 lbs or so in the next few months. I have to admit that sometimes it is hard to avoid certain foods when out with friends, but I'll never go back to eating the way I used to or even stray for more than one day. Life tastes so good living it healthy.

Thank you for sharing with us all.

Good job, Dali! You are indeed an inspiration and a shining light. All the best with you journey to health. I am so glad that you're doing this at an early age, when the damage to your body is not yet so severe.

I know a lot of guys like Dali. They want to be big and strong. It's really not the healthiest lifestyle. I liked that he decided to go vegan. I'm actually starting my first day of going veggie for a month. I don't need to lose any weight, but I would like more energy. My hope is that, like Dali, I wake up with more pep in my step.

Thank for highlighting Dali. Being a guy I know that I could do a better job of choosing the foods that go into my body.
