That is a great thing to bring up indeed. I know the plastic piece you are talking about, and totally agree of how hard it is to take it off. I have encountered this problem on several other items too, and don’t know how people who do have problems with arthritis or as you say the elderly deal with those packages.

Hi Remi,

I would like to talk about one thing that you forgot to mention and that is the packaging. I am an healthy 51 year old man and I find it hard to open the cap of the glass bottle because of the plastic freshness seal. This is probably a deterent for elderly folks or anyone with weak hands. Why don’t they take that into consideration when they design the packaging for any product?

Thanks for your input and you are so very welcome! The price is definitely right and the labels are catchy and very appealing, especially to health conscious individuals.

It has almost been 1 year since I have written this review and I have to tell you that it has since dropped off of my list of optimally healthy things to drink.

I have just learned through my research so much more about how these companies get away with the statements they claim. Plus, the unnecessary and high sugar factor is another issue with this drink.

So while I still stick by my past stance, that if it is between soda pop, a sports drink or this, I still recommend this, but for optimal health there really is nothing that comes close to or compares with water.

I just bought a 12 X 341 ML can box at wallmart for $7.17 (includes $1.20 deposit) so $0.60 each, not bad at all! The green tea and “no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives” label got me into buying them.

I just got home and decided I would make a quick search just to see if I could find anything interesting about them and landed on your blog. Thanks for writing about it!

Seem there is more and more healthy choice these day. For myself, I have cut down considerably on drinks like soda pop, sports drinks or other heavily sweetened and artificial drinks. To me, a glass of cold water will do the job. At time I do have a bottle of Heaven and Earth Green Tea with Jasmine. Not too sure if you have it there.
