The first time I tried it was during exam time in university when not only was everyone stressed but also sick, and it worked for me too, in that I didn’t get sick.

I’ve been taking Echinacea for a few years now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. In fact I remember a few years ago all my colleagues had the flu and while we worked in the same office, I never got it. Echinacea is a miracle remedy.

@ AKEMI – Thanks Akemi, there really is. The more I venture out and reasearch, and learn, the more I find to research and learn about. It seems like a never ending cycle, but a really fun one I have to say.
