I am so glad you enjoyed some of the articles and found them useful. I really try to just make sense of things from the most logical perspective I can. I truly believe in the natural approach to health and wellness. I know it works in many ways.

I know I wouldn’t be putting this vaccine in my body and hope to inspire people not just to protect themselves because this swine flu is out, but because their immune system should always be in tip top shape by trying to maintain a healthy, well balanced lifestyle, instead of waiting for when it is too late. And even then some people don’t want to change, but of course that is their choice. I just want to reach out and help those who are looking for it.

After reading your about page I decided to poke around this part of your blog. This article caught my eye as I’m rather skeptical about the H1N1 vaccine and how it has been rushed to market. I shake my head and ask, “How can it be tested in that short of a time?” After reading this, my concerns are confirmed.

That lead me to read the related articles on swine flu and how we can protect our selves from it, or other types of flu germs. What a gold mine of fabulous advice.

Agreeing “something is fishy”, I’m with you. I’m saying “no” to any flu vaccine and using smart precautions (like you suggested) to protect myself the best I can from exposure.

Now I’m headed to read more of your great advice in some of the other categories. From the little I’ve read, I must say, your information rocks.
