Goodies Needed
- Organic Baby Greens Lettuce Mix
- Fresh Seedless Mandarins or Oranges (preferably organic)
- Strawberries (preferably organic)
- Bananas (preferably organic)
- Salba Seeds - 2 tbsp (12g) per salad
* Quantities depend on number of people you are serving and portion sizes
Preparation Steps
- Rinse baby greens and dry off using a salad spinner
- Cut up baby greens with a knife, vertically and horizontally into bite size pieces
- Peel and cut up mandarin/orange slices into small pieces
- Peel and cut up the bananas into round slices
- Rinse the strawberries and cut up into small chunks
- Place desired amount of baby greens into a bowl and follow with a generous amount of the mandarins, bananas and strawberries
- Sprinkle the salad with the Salba for extra nutritional benefits
- No need to add dressing to this one as the fruits give the salad an amazing taste
