April is over. I don’t know about you, but it seems to have flown by! I want to extend a sincere thank you to all of you who have contributed some feedback about this site. I am very grateful for all your comments, as with your input Evolving Wellness can continue to bring quality information and grow to serve all of the interests out there even better!
April was alcohol, stress, autism and IBS awareness month.

We also celebrated Earth Day with a focus on environmentally friendly cleaning, whether it be for your spring cleaning or any day of the year. Check out our top 10 Environmentally Friendly Home Cleaning Product Companies.
At the start of the month Heather Ashare from DietsInReview.com shared her expertise and love of yoga with us by contributing an article for Evolving Wellness called “Yoga and Ayurveda: The Connection.”
In the middle of the month I shared with you an article about my newest most favorite fruit – the Fuyu Persimmon.
At the end of the month, we finished off with a look at meat and the top 15 things each one of us should know about meat if we are currently eating it.
This month 1 new product review joined our site: one of the famous Fuze drinks that is targeted as a natural health product, but does not quite come close to that definition in my opinion.
We also had 2 new meal ideas added to the recipe section, which were the “Simple Raw Fruit Fantasia” and the “Coconut Tofu & the Sautéed Mushroom Veggie Combo.”
Finally, Evolving Wellness and I, would like to extend another thank you to EarthMother of In the Raw, for being our April feature “Evolving Wellness in Action” story, by sharing her inspirational story of health and wellness as she moved into the world of “raw”. You can continue to find EarthMother’s story under the personal category “Your Stories”.
If you have a personal story of your own in the area of health and wellness, and are proud to share it to mark your accomplishments, get some support or inspire others, contact me here, to be our “Evolving Wellness in Action” feature story of the month.
May in the United States is observed as National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, and we all know, most of us need to pay extra special attention to that. As well, May in Canada is Multiple Sclerosis awareness month. May is also designated as Stroke Awareness Month.
Hence for May, I will try to cover a little on each of these topics from the natural health perspective, as well as continue to bring you informative articles on all aspects of living optimally healthy!
Till then – Live Long! Live Healthy! Live Happy!
