As I read the comments that come in here, I am deeply touched that we can all be such inspirational role models for each other. Is it not amazing how the right support and encouragement can change everything?

For many today, there looms a health crisis and that is why I again thank EarthMother so much for sharing her story and being such an amazing role model for so many.

I wish you all success on your own personal journeys – as there really is nothing better than the amazing feeling of excellent health!

EARTHMOTHER!!! I love reading about your journey and hearing your delightfully positive take on exercise. I’m not one who naturally gravitates towards working out, but I have realized that I can’t reach my true potential without it.
