		<description>@ TOM - Hey Tom and yeah sleep is sooooo important. I totally know what you mean about having always something more to do because I hear it from so many people. Today it seems we really have too many either obligations or distractions. But honestly just like the right food and exercise, nothing beats quality sleep. Hence I highly recommend making a routine and sticking to it, at least on weekdays.

When 10pm or latest 11pm comes, just tell yourself you have an appointment that you cannot be late for :) LOL no but seriously this is a very important appointment with yourself for your health!</description>

		<description>@ SIRE - Yup, that is very true. If we keep active, we could potentially fool our bodies for a very long time into not sleeping. But.... when we allow it to rest, the feeling of tiredness is sometimes overwhelming.

I think the trick is not to ignore that feeling, because it does usually come back to bite ;)

@ MITCH - Ouch Mitch! I cannot even imagine what that would feel like. The first step to improving your sleep patterns and actually getting your body to sleep when you want it to, is to instil routine. The more regularly we go to sleep and wake up (weekdays and weekends) the better our sleep is.

There is no getting away from it, our bodies just love routine and consistency, whether that has to do with sleep or eating or other things.</description>

And I have to tell you, as much as I love life and have always something exciting to fill my time with, I consider sleep one of those things. It is just so critical for our health, and definitely not a waste of time!

@ MITCH - Hi Mitch, it sounds like the pretty normal thing these days. Because our lives are too hectic  and stress filled, even when we want to sleep, we find we can&#039;t.

In part 4 I will be covering what hinders and helps our sleep. Hopefully some info there will help you get proper zzzz&#039;s.

As you say it is not always easy, but the thing is it should be and that is where I speak out a lot on these topics in terms of why isn&#039;t it easy and what may be hindering our health from letting this take place naturally.

Thanks for the visit and hopefully the remaining parts of this series will be able to help you out a bit, as the benefits of proper sleep are huge.</description>
