Month in Review: December ‘08

As December ends, we not only bid farewell to this month, but also to the old year of 2008!

December usually tends to be a busy month for many, so with the holidays upon us this month, I have decided to focus more on topics that revolve around these festive occasions.

We started the month off with a 3 part series of “Healthy and Meaningful Gift Ideas”. While these ideas were written for the holidays, they can be beneficial at any time of the year that you are considering getting someone a gift. Part 1 focused on personal care products, part 2 focused on food products, and part 3 focused on entertainment products.

In the middle of the month, I had a chance to talk with naturopath Dr. Olson about his expert area and topic of choice – sugar and its effects on our health.

We also examined “Mental Health and Nutrition“, giving people who suffer from any mental stresses and conditions, as a first and natural approach to alleviating their conditions something to consider – their diet.

We finished the month off by doing a thorough look at how to keep healthy during the holiday season as we are inundated with many things that are far from healthy or beneficial to our bodies.

In our reviews section we added two new products: the phenomenally educational and very much recommended documentary “A Delicate Balance” and another toothpaste I decided to try “Jason’s Healthy Mouth Tea Tree and Cinnamon.”

This month 2 new recipes joined our site, both based on the highly nutritious spelt pasta.

With the new year upon us Evolving Wellness will continue to venture into many new areas of natural health to bring you the latest and most up to date information for your health.

Till then Happy New Year and Live Long! Live Healthy! Live Happy!
