It has been another exciting month on Evolving Wellness, full of new topics and health applications for your everyday life.
As always we are delighted with your feedback and welcome any questions or suggestions.
We started the month off with an article entitled “Excessive Drinking Linked to Metabolic Syndrome“. This was an emphasis again on alcohol and how unfavorable it is to anyone’s health, especially anyone who is looking at avoiding Metabolic Syndrome, which is on the rise today.
We continued the theme of toxins in the body with the article entitled “Toxic Drugs, Toxic Systems and Unnecessary Deaths“, which focused on the effects of all the medications the majority of people are put on today, and their harmful side-effects.
The middle of the month brought up topics such as local organic farming, weight issues, the role of diet in autistic children and how stress affects your allergies.
We also introduced the beautiful music of Hush for relaxation and rejuvenation of the mind, body and spirit.
And we finished the month off with the long awaited Fully Fertile Book Review.
This month, various new recipes and reviews joined our site. Our review section also got a little face lift so that the natural product reviews and recommendations could be easier to search for you, as our database grows.
The most popular article this month was “Do You Know What is in Your Soft Drink?“, as it exposed a lot of the unwanted information of what today’s soft drinks are made up of. It will of course have follow up articles to come in the upcoming weeks.
As for what is happening next month – well, September will be Salba month here on Evolving Wellness, where aside from the usual array of articles and topics, all the reviews will be dedicated to various Salba products so that all of our readers can learn more about this amazing, natural super-food!
Till then – Live Long! Live Healthy! Live Happy!
