Introducing Hush – Quiet Music for a Loud World
One of the most important aspects of optimal health is a balanced state of being between the body, mind and spirit. Generally speaking, when the body is healthy and the mind is at peace, the spirit is vibrant and full of life. So how does one achieve this?
Well, even though there is no one, right answer for everyone, there are several well-known techniques to achieve this harmonious balance.
Hence aside from healthy eating and healthy thinking, many people partake in various relaxation techniques such as meditating, walking, yoga or Pilates. These prevalent activities are usually very effective at promoting optimal health by connecting the body, mind and spirit and are often greatly enhanced by music.
Thus, it is with great joy that I introduce to you a rising new artist, Cedar Jones who is the composer of the group called Hush.
Hush has recently composed a relaxation album called Quiet Music for a Loud World. The album combines ambient soundscapes with gentle, soaring melodies.
I have personally, been thoroughly moved by the compilations on this album and hence recommend it with great delight!
The album is instrumental in nature and enhanced beautifully with sounds of nature that bring out a sense of peace and well-being. The sounds you will hear are as equally rich as they are delicate and exotic as they are soothing.
The music is inspiring, relaxing, calming and uniquely artistic. It is the perfect album for meditating, aromatherapy, walking, reading, massaging, Yoga, Pilates, Tai chi chuan, Falun Gong, Reiki, Shiatsu or just plain relaxing.
Whether you want to just melt away into the ambiance of your spirit, marvel at the beauty of nature or put a baby or yourself to sleep, Hush can help you enjoy all that.
