Month in Review: March 2011

Well spring is officially here and as we finish the month of March, we continue to move into the warmer and sunnier months of the spring season here in the Northern hemisphere.

This March marked the 3rd anniversary of EvolvingWellness.com and it was a great time for me to reflect back a little on how far this site has come. Evolving Wellness continues to grow and attract thousands of new visitors from around the world each month. It brings me great pleasure to be able to help so many people out there make more sense of all aspects when it comes to our health and nutrition, as well as be an agent of change and a leader in the area of natural health.

I know personally the difference the lifestyle I teach has made on my own health and well being. This is why today I do not just teach and help others, but first and foremost I follow my own advice and take all choices of my lifestyle very seriously. I making sure that everything from what I eat to how I think is done from a state of highest awareness for my optimal health and wellness.

I know without a doubt that truly healthy eating, made of wholesome, natural food can be so easy, not to mention fun and delicious. Not a day goes by where I miss some aspect of processed or chemically enhanced food, instead each day I fall into more and more appreciation for how flawlessly my body works when I support it properly. In the end, like myself, I encourage others to connect the dots between the effects they have in their life, and the causes that have lead them their. Nothing happens by accident or out of the blue. We are each creating every aspect of our health and happiness, moment by moment each day, through all the choices we make—no exceptions.

And so as we progress on, I am very excited to continue to bring you quality information on all fronts of natural health, nutrition and nutrition. I also will continue to feature more quality product reviews to help you make sense of the products out there, who claim to be “natural”. Finally, I am most excited to bring you more information through the fun medium of web TV and videos, where you can expect expert interviews, food preparation and cooking demos, teaching series and more!

So last, but not least, I want to deeply thank and express my gratitude to you, the visitors and readers of Evolving Wellness. Thank you for your feedback, support and most importantly interest, in not only creating a better life for yourself, but creating a better world for all.

This past month, our Evolving Wellness in Action story came from fitness expert, Mark Dilworth. You can check out Mark’s story of change where his health and wellness are concerned, if you missed it. Thank you Mark again for submitting your story and being an inspiration for all!

*If you have a personal story of your own in the area of health and wellness, and are proud to share it to mark your accomplishments or inspire others, contact me here, to be our “Evolving Wellness in Action” feature story of the month.

This path month, our theme was to honor the 100th Anniversary of International Women’s Day, as numerous events were being held around the world to honor this milestone. These events featured many resources for not only women, but all people to take note of the advancements we have made when it comes to our health and wellness, from a natural perspective.

I started the month off by sharing with you some resources for women’s health, and I ended the month off with a special honoring the women of change post, in which I featured an interview with an inspirational woman of change—Imani, a mama-entrepreneur devoted to sustainability and health on all levels of Mamalution.com.

Our focus this past month also revolved around natural personal care. To expand our awareness of this critical area, I shared with you 10 harmful personal care products to avoid and how to choose truly natural products.

Our natural product company of the month was Annmarie Gianni’s new pure and organic skin care line. It was a pleasure to feature a video interview with Annmarie Gianni to learn more about her and her products. Then all month I featured reviews of these products, which were as follows:

  1. Aloe-Herb Cleanser
  2. Anti-Aging Facial Oil and Serum
  3. Facial Oils for Normal and Oily Skin
  4. Coconut Body & Face Oils
  5. Ayurvedic Scrub, Toning Mist and Coconut Mask

Previews for New Month of April

As for April, there will still be a small emphasis on natural personal care, as I was unable to share with you the natural information for baby personal care that I wanted to last month. As well, I have a video interview to share with you, with the herb and aromachologist expert Nadine Artemis of LivingLibations.com.

Aside from that, we will have great new reviews and lots of other helpful information on nutrition and our accountability when it comes to disease prevention and healing. On this note, I will be sharing with you a video presentation I did this past month, where you can watch one of my lectures on healing and disease prevention for free.

Till then – Live Long! Live Healthy! Live Happy!
