  • Fresh Seedless Mandarins or Oranges (preferably organic)
  • Brazil Nuts (possibly organic)
  • Salba Seeds – 2 tbsp (12g) per salad

Preparation Steps

  • Rinse lettuce leafs and dry off using a salad spinner
  • Cut up lettuce leafs with a knife, vertically and horizontally into bite size pieces
  • Peel and cut up mandarin/orange slices into small pieces
  • Place desired amount of salad into a bowl and follow with a generous amount of the mandarins and brazil nuts
  • Sprinkle the salad with the Salba for extra nutritional benefits
  • No need to add dressing to this one as the citrus fruit gives the salad an amazing taste

    This salad looks great, and gives tons of nutrients! I am so happy to see the Salba seeds. You can also mix them into the dressing, so that the dressing doesn’t sink to the bottom of the bowl. Very efficient..
