Preparation Steps

  • Prepare Kamut cereal according to directions on package
  • (If using Bob’s Red Mill: boil 3 cups of water with a pinch of salt, and add to it 1 cup of Kamut cereal, bring down heat and cook for about 10 minutes – this makes about 4 servings)
  • Pour the cereal into bowls
  • Rinse the blackberries and add to the cereal
  • Add some almonds to the cereal
  • Drizzle the fruit and cereal mixture with some honey

    Ooh, this looks delicious. I’m just packing up for a camping trip and thinking about alternatives to oatmeal for breakfast. Might pick up a pack of kamut and see how it goes on the campstove. Thanks!
