You bring out a really good point: perhaps our society does need to be eased away from meat to make the transition that is healthier for their bodies and the environment, instead of just going cold turkey. That would be my preference, but I cannot underestimate how many people make meat their main food portion in every meal and still depend on it as if they need it for survival.</description>

		<description>I think this video is excellent and will recommend it to many of my future clients! I agree with Mark 100% on all his topics and I actually like the fact that he said he has not totally stopped eating meat because it he presented himself as a vegan or vegetarian many people would completely dismiss the video and what he says. I think we have too slowly work in the ideas of pro veggie/grain (non flesh) consumption to the population and ease them in as the brain washing our generations have been exposed to will take a while to reverse but it can be done if we lead by example!!! Thank you for bringing this video to our attention, as always great site!</description>
