Month in Review: May ‘08

calendar may 2008Another month has passed and it has been again full of exciting topics here on Evolving Wellness.

We continue to hear from many new readers and are delighted with your feedback!

We started the month off with a bang with the article “Treatment or Prevention: The Choice is Yours!” It was an important read as our healthcare system today would have you believe it is all about treatment, while it is in your best interest to go with prevention.

In the middle of the month, we introduced and added two valuable resources to our site: Trusera – the interactive health network and FutureNatural – a great place for more truly natural personal care products.

We also added a few new books to our resources pages that have valuable and trusted information in them, like Dr.Furhman’s “Eat to Live” book.

And we finished the month off with a 5 part – Sun Smart Series. As the summer is fast approaching I think this is a must read for anyone that spends ANY time in the sun.

This month, a few new recipes and reviews joined our site. And the most popular articles, revolved around fast food and its damaging effects on our systems with “Fast Food = Fast Liver Damage” and “Does Fast Food Ever Go Bad?”

Scheduled for June, there will be an emphasis on fertility issues, as I was sent from a publisher and am currently reading reviewing a new book called “Fully Fertile“. As well I plan to continue with Part 2 of learning how to read personal product labels, to choose the safest products for your health, as it did not happen in May.

And as always if there is a health topic you are interested in, let me know and I will be glad to research and/or write about it!

You have so many great resources here, I finally got a chance to come read more and baby woke up from nap. Must book mark to come back later. I like the one about getting to know the UV and your skin…very important. Thanks.

Thank you so much SpinDiva! I will be looking at doing some health articles that deal with babies in the future too.
