This book is awesome! In my opinion Evita Ochel did a fantastic job writing a book easy to understand, learn with and follow. Information of how to eat wholesome and balanced foods for folks learning as I am. I highly recommend this book. I am enjoying learning to eat a more plant based & alkaline diet and this book is the right size to fit in my purse so I can take it as I go shopping as lists of varied foods with in. I really like that towards the back of book many tables of ideas of meal plans with lists are provided.
